Managing Partner

Ajibola is the Managing Partner and leads firm’s strategy and development. He has wealth of experience in Insolvency practice and has led a lot of receivership exercises as well as of recovery of default obligations with an uncanny penchant. He has recently expanded Insolvency Practice of the firm to include rescuing of ailing business by developing a strategic collaboration that resolves a bottleneck issue of insolvency of any business.

He provides general corporate representation to various established and emerging businesses including, a broad pool of public companies, closely-held businesses and international subsidiaries. Ajibola advises on a wide range of corporate legal issues including: corporate finance, company re-organization and corporate restructuring, private equity investments and corporate acquisitions among other complex multidisciplinary corporate advisory services, the negotiation of strategic alliances, the formation and financing of start-up companies, business succession planning, as well as structuring, negotiating and documenting a vast array of related organizational transactions. After assessing his client’s business needs and long-term strategies, Ajibola maximizes the legal tools available to obtain the best results possible for his clients.

Ajibola has argued Insolvency matters/Debt recoveries disputes and commercial cases in venues all over the country, including winning trials and appellate matters. Theophilus Oluwasanmi IYIOLA attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun, Nigeria where he obtained LL.B (Hons) in 2008 and was admitted to the Nigerian bar to practice as Solicitor and Advocate of Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Theophilus is partner and co-founder of Fadeson Legal Practice who started his practice at OSEALOKA OSUIGWE & CO. and later moved to AKIN OLADEJI & CO. and AOA Legal Advisers & Advocate before setting up Fadeson Legal Practice. He is a skilled commercial, litigation and transaction lawyer. An excellent team player, his inquisitive and calm nature has continually been an advantage on any transaction he advises on. He regularly advises and participates in various litigation and commercial transactions, most notably oil and gas, power, general commercial law, capital market, banking and finance, technology, industrial relations, company secretarial & regulatory compliance services, media and intellectual property {Patents and Trade Marks}.

Akinola is an astute advocate with vast experience in general legal practice. He is primarily driven by passion for professional and intellectual excellence while ensuring zero tolerance for compromise of the standards and ethics of the legal profession.

Before joining Fadeson as a partner, Akinola cut his teeth with a one-year rigorous legal practice with Mba Ukweni (SAN) in Calabar, Cross River State. He subsequently joined the law firm of Kanu G. Agabi & Associates in the nation’s capital where for a period of six years, he was actively involved in the prosecution and defence of numerous high profile cases from the High Court to the Supreme Court.

Having been exposed to the best of practice, Akinola is one of the very best in many areas of law such as Commercial and Corporate Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Debt Recovery, Law of Torts, Real Property Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Human Rights Law amongst others.

Akinola also regularly advises various Governments, Government Agencies and corporate bodies on regulatory and compliance issues and legal frameworks. He is also a Professional Negotiator and Mediator.

Ayodeji had his LLB at the former Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2012. He was called into to Nigeria Bar in 2014. He bagged his LLM in 2021 at Nassarawa State University.

He had his early years of practice in the law firm of M.O Agboola where he cut his teeth in Litigation. Arowolo Ayodeji now concentrate on commercial, corporate, intellectual property, regulatories and compliance. He has successfully conducted cases on behalf of Government Agencies and corporate bodies.

Ayodeji has his passion for Human right and social Justice and he has continue pursuing that by handle pro bono cases for prison inmates.
